We aim to dispatch your orders within 48hrs (excluding Saturday / Sundays) during peak season. The parcel tracking number should automatically be included in your dispatch email or via text message.
Our standard shipping service is dispatched on a 48 hour service which can in busier times take up to 5 days to arrive. If you select our Express service before 3pm on a business day then it will be dispatched on a next day service ( our express service runs from Monday to Friday. Weekend express orders will be dispatched on Monday).
During busier periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, Easter and sale periods shipping will take longer. Please be patient with us and them whilst we do our best to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible.
If you have ordered a product on pre-order, your entire order will be shipped once this pre-order product has arrived. If you would like your items sent separately, please state this at checkout. You will be asked to pay for extra shipping if applicable.
We offer free standard UK delivery for orders over £50. International delivery prices depend on shipping zones and are based on the current market rate. We have the right to change your shipping price if your order is above the average weight or parcel size.
